The terms “NawaCares,” “us” or “we” refers to WANWU LTD, a software company who designed and built NawaCares, incorporated and operating in London, UK.

The term “device” refers to the device which is used to access our services including but not limited to computers, smartphones and tablets.

The term “you” refers to the user of our services.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, use, and share information through our Services. Before you begin using the services, please carefully read the privacy policy. Sensitive Information Provided in Messages and Content: During conversations with your AI chatbot, you may choose to provide information about your health condition, ethnic origin, and other sensitive details. By providing sensitive information, you agree that we will use it for the purposes described in this privacy policy. Please note that we will not use your sensitive information or any content of NawaCares conversations for marketing or advertising purposes. Be aware that sensitive terms related to politics, violence, pornography, etc., will not be displayed.

3. How We Process Your Information

User’s conversation information with the AI chatbot in NawaCares is processed through our servers to generate responses, and during this process, we do not retain data; chat data is stored on the user’s local devices.

If you choose to save the conversation insight after a chat, your chat history for that session will be saved on your local devices, allowing you to review it later. If you choose not to save the conversation insight, the information will not be stored anywhere.

All privacy data, including conversation history, conversation insights, and personalization data, is primarily stored on your local devices. You can also choose to store your data on the iCloud Services provided by Apple and synchronize your NawaCares history across different devices.

We do not use your privacy information for the AI model training.

4. How We Secure Your Information

We employ various industry-standard security technologies and measures, including data encryption techniques, to help protect your data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. To safeguard your privacy and security, your account is protected by passwords and authorized logins. It is imperative for you to choose and protect your password appropriately, authenticate trusted login activities, and log out after accessing your account to prevent unauthorized access to your account and personal information.

Most of your data on NawaCares is stored on your terminal device, and you are responsible for its protection. Some of your personalization data are stored on our servers, and we encrypt this data for secure storage. All transmitted data is encrypted during the transmission process.

Despite our utmost efforts to ensure data security, no technology, data transmission, or system can guarantee 100% security. Agreeing to this agreement implies that you accept this risk and acknowledge that NawaCares assumes no responsibility for any accidental data leaks. In the event of a security breach leading to accidental or unlawful data destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access, we will promptly notify you.

5. Data Retention

We will only retain some of your personalized data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected the information, including meeting legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

In determining the appropriate retention period for personal information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risks of unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal information, the purposes for which we process the personal information, and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, as well as applicable legal requirements.

The company, at its reasonable discretion, reserves the right to take appropriate legal actions against anyone who violates relevant laws and regulations or the terms of this agreement. The company has the right, according to its own judgment, to cease the transmission of any content that violates the law and has the right to take appropriate legal actions against anyone violating these terms, including but not limited to removing content that is illegal, infringing, inappropriate, etc., terminating the membership of the violator, blocking their use of all or part of the services provided by this software, and, in accordance with laws and regulations, preserving relevant information and reporting to relevant authorities. If the judicial department confirms that the company’s judgment on the software is incorrect, the user agrees that the company will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from it.

8. Third-Party Providers and Their Services

We cannot control the privacy and data protection policies of third parties, and such third-party content is not bound by this policy. Before providing personal information to or through third-party content, please refer to the privacy policies of these third parties.

Our product is developed based on DCloud uni-app (5+ App/Wap2App). During the runtime of the application, we may collect your device’s unique identifiers (IMEI/android ID/DEVICE_ID/IDFA, SIM card IMSI information, OAID) to provide statistical analysis services. We use application launch data and exception error logs to analyze and improve performance and user experience, providing better services to users. Notification service provider: Notification technology services are provided by Merit Interactive Co., Ltd. We may provide device information such as device platform, device manufacturer, device brand, device identifier, application list information, network information, and location-related information to Merit Interactive Co., Ltd., for the purpose of providing you with message push technology services. When pushing messages to you, we may authorize Merit Interactive Co., Ltd., to adjust the link and mutually activate the closed SDK push process, ensuring that you can promptly receive the messages we push to you. In order to provide you with more comprehensive and high-quality products and services, we may integrate software development kits (SDKs) from our partners. Please refer to the third-party SDK collection of personal information list for details.
